Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s a very nice apartment and has good location close to the train station. Fort Sheridan park is also nearby, it’s beautiful in summer. The maintenance service is always quick. We enjoyed living here so far.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt s been quite nice here. Any issues with neighbors seem to get fairly handled so we can enjoy the quiet when we re home. Arrive North Shore practices good management and does some free breakfasts, text email notifications, and keeps a free coffee machine dog treats out by parcel pending.
Parking lot is good in winter and they will tow if non-residents park there w o tags so residents don t lose their spots. I ve seen big dogs here so they also allow at least medium sized breeds I have cats e.g. German shepherd, labs . It is expensive.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, and the management office is very friendly and great to work with. The apartments are great, and the common areas are well-kept. The complex is right next to the UP-N Metra 10 min walk to the Highwood station , which is convenient but also noisy when the train passes by. Pick an apartment close to Sheridan Rd if you think that ll be a problem.

Maintenance requests are always completed very promptly, and the office communicates well with residents on any needed updates.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood place to live. Don t hear neighbors often, love the mail room lockers just wish the delivery people would use them . I like the option to do laundy in my building too, it s a bit expensive tho and I generally have to add time to the dryer or my clothes are still a little damp. The intercom not working sucks.
